Liability and Damage

• Once your artwork has been dispatched, Gavin Jack Art is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during transit.

• Risk passes to the purchaser at the point of shipment.

• If your artwork arrives damaged, you will need to lodge a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance by supplying any required shipment documentation.

International Shipping
