No Refund Policy – Gavin Jack Art

At Gavin Jack Art, every artwork is created with great care, originality, and attention to detail. We take pride in ensuring that all pieces are accurately represented through our product descriptions and images.

Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any artworks purchased through our website or in person.

 

Why No Refunds?

• Original Works: Each piece is unique and cannot be resold as new once purchased.

• Artist Commitment: Time, materials, and creative effort are invested into every artwork.

• Accurate Representation: We make every effort to display colours, textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, variations in screen settings and lighting may cause slight differences.

 

Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if:

• The artwork is damaged during delivery.

• The incorrect artwork has been sent.

In these cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the piece, providing photos of the damage or error. We will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.
